Refund Policy

1. Refund unused consultation work

You may cancel and request a refund for paid consultation time that has not yet been delivered. Completed work is non-refundable, subject to your mandatory legal rights. There is no fixed cancellation deadline for requesting a refund of unused work.

Delivered work may include agreed research, preparation, document review, planning and consultation sessions, not only time spent on a video call. We will explain the work completed and provide an itemised calculation of the unused paid portion. The initial five-hour booking minimum does not remove your right to a refund for work not delivered.

2. How to request a refund or reschedule

Email hello@verdureafrica.com from your booking email address with your project or booking details, payment reference and whether you want to cancel, reschedule or report a payment error. Do not send card details or passwords. We will confirm the work delivered, the remaining paid balance and the next steps in writing.

Please notify us promptly if you cannot attend a session. A missed session does not automatically forfeit all unused consultation time; any agreed preparation or other work already delivered will be considered when calculating a refund.

3. Payment errors and cancellations by us

If you believe you were charged twice or paid an incorrect amount, contact us with the payment references so we can check the records and arrange a refund of any confirmed excess payment.

If Verdure Africa cannot deliver the remaining agreed consultation work, we will offer rescheduling where appropriate or refund the undelivered portion. Further project phases and implementation contracts have their own agreed scope; any separate refund terms will be stated before you accept them, without overriding mandatory legal rights.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by Paystack. We will confirm the amount and initiation of the refund. The time for funds to appear depends on Paystack and your bank; we do not promise a fixed processing period.

Consultation payments and refunds are denominated in GHS. We will account for applicable tax adjustments in the refund calculation. Your bank’s exchange rate changes and separately charged conversion fees may affect what appears in your local currency. Test transactions involve no real funds to refund.

5. Your legal rights
