Terms of Service

Last updated:

Terms for using Verdure Africa’s website, consultation services and private project workspace.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website and online consultation services of Verdure Africa LTD, a registered limited liability company based in Accra, Ghana. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these terms. A separately agreed, written engagement governs the specific scope, deliverables and responsibilities of your project; it takes precedence where it conflicts with these general terms.

2. Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or create an implementation contract. Our team reviews and approves consultation requests before inviting payment. Client access to private venture communication, documents and progress requires team approval and verified payment.

Consultations cost GHS 2,000 per hour before tax, with a minimum of five hours. With the stated 25% tax, the minimum total is GHS 12,500. The initial consultation covers project basics; further research, planning or implementation requires a team-issued scope and quotation. Your booking and invoice show the hours and amount payable.

Payments are processed by Paystack in Ghana cedis (GHS). Your bank may apply currency conversion and charges for international payments. Test payments do not constitute payment for services or unlock live client access. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Advice and investment information

Website content and Project advisory desk recommendations provide preliminary direction, not a final technical, regulatory, legal or investment plan. Confirm recommendations with Verdure Africa and qualified advisers in your operating country before committing funds. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, funding, production performance, commercial success or investment returns.

Project descriptions, planned capacities and investment opportunities are informational, not an offer to sell securities or a binding investment agreement. Investments require independent due diligence and separately agreed documentation. Clients may engage Verdure Africa for implementation or implement independently after consultation.

4. Your account and materials

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, attempt to access another client’s workspace, upload unlawful or malicious material, or interfere with the website.

You retain ownership of materials you submit and must have permission to share them. You allow us to use them to assess your enquiry and deliver the agreed services. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned deliverables will be addressed in your engagement agreement. Our branding and website content may not be commercially reused without permission.

5. Sessions, availability and responsibility

Video consultations use meeting links supplied by the team. Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service and will address outstanding paid work under the engagement agreement and Refund Policy.

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but website availability and third-party services may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

6. Governing law, questions and updates

These terms are governed by Ghanaian law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns amicably. We may update these terms for future website use and engagements; changes do not retrospectively remove agreed rights for paid work. Contact hello@verdureafrica.com with questions.
